PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient exchange of a die or a seal ring which is provided with a housing part of a container shell. SOLUTION: This device is a handling device 10 of the die for an indirect extruding press in which, after performing extrusion molding by fixing a fix die 24 provided with a seal ring 22 freely attachably and detachably for scratching up the container shell of the inside wall surface of the container to a die stem 20, the seal ring 22 is exchanged after taking out to the outside of the machine. This device is provided with a first slide 60A which is moved back and forth in the direction crossing with the axial center S of extrusion of the extruding press and with which the seal ring 22 is detached from the die stem 20 and taken out to the outside of the machine and a second slide 60B which is arranged in parallel to the first slide 60A and with which a new seal ring 14 is attached to the die stem 20, freely movably inside and outside the extruding press.
