<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality optical recording medium which realizes recording without any noise increases when information is recorded, and stable reproduction, as an optical recording medium on which information is recorded/reproduced by making incident the semiconductor laser light of a waveform 380 to 430 nm from a thin light transmissive layer side. <P>SOLUTION: On a substrate 1, a recording layer 2 made of a material containing Si or Ge is formed, an organic resin film 3 is formed on the recording layer 2, and a transparent film 4 is disposed as a light transmissive layer on the organic resin film 3. This organic resin film 3 is made of a polytetrafluoroethylene polymer, e.g., ETFE, FEP, PFA and PTFE. The film thickness of the organic resin film 3 is 10 to 100 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
