A pin jig with casters for supporting a hull block is provided to minimize damage by being installed to screen a moving device including a caster by a space between supporting blades. A pin jig with casters for supporting a hull block includes a fixing supporter(10), a lift rod, fixing pins, a caster plate(12), a spring(15), and the casters. The fixing supporter includes supporting blades(11) formed on exterior in four directions orthogonally. The lift rod is inserted in the fixing supporter and includes pin holes at regular intervals. The fixing pins are inserted in the pin holes for controlling height of the lift rod. The caster plate is installed on the supporting blades. The casters are installed beneath the caster plate. The spring is interposed between the caster plate and the casters.
