A transmission control unit is provided to improve assembling work between a transmission and the transmission control unit by detecting a rotation angle of a rotor using a non-contact sensor connected to the transmission control unit. A transmission control unit(10) comprises upper and lower plates(110,100), a connector(200), a rotor(300), a sensor unit(400) and a shaft(500). A first lower hole(120) is formed in the lower plate and a first upper hole(130) is formed in the upper plate. The connector is inserted between the upper and lower plates and has a second hole(210) corresponding to the first lower hole and the first upper hole. The rotor is inserted into the first lower hole and has a third hole(310) corresponding to the first lower hole. The sensor unit is positioned between the connector and the upper plate to detect the rotation angle of the rotor. The shaft extends by passing through the first lower hole and the first upper hole.
