PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine with an attaching structure which makes it possible to attach a decorative member to a lens cover part by easy work and prevent the attaching part of the decorative member from surfacing at the lens cover part as a silhouette. SOLUTION: Since just the attaching pin 140 of a leading molding member 132 as the decorative member is inserted to the attaching hole of the lens cover part 131 and a heating tool 191 is pressed to a head part projecting on the back surface of the attaching pin 140, even a complicated leading molding member 132 can be very easily and surely attached to the surface of the lens cover part 131. Also, since the back side head part of the attaching pin 140 after being attached is flattened out, the attaching part does not surface at the transparent or translucent lens cover part 131 as a silhouette.
