The flow and hazard data of the hazardous material is prepared from hazardous material data base (10). A hydro-geological environment data in the surroundings of disaster location is prepared from a hydro-geological environment data base (11). The data is displayed over possible blocking and counter measures having bearing on certain blocking possibilities and certain special estimated devices. An independent claim is also included for a device for determining the flow properties of hazardous materials of disasters.</p> |
