PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align highly accurately an extraction wire with an external connection terminal to be connected thereto and connect them, in a radiographic image detector. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the radiographic image detector equipped on a substrate with a photoconductive layer generating the charge by receiving irradiation of a radiation carrying image information, an accumulation part for accumulating the charge generated from the photoconductive layer, a common electrode 15a and a signal electrode 15b for outputting a signal corresponding to the charge accumulated in the accumulation part, and the extraction wire 20 extending from the common electrode 15a or the signal electrode 15b to a prescribed connection position with TCP 40, the extraction wire 20 and a label 30 used as an alignment reference when connecting the extraction wire 20 to the TCP 40 are formed of the same opaque material by processing using the same mask.
