PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue box cover capable of easily taking out a tissue only with one hand or with a mouth, which is otherwise difficult to take out with one hand, and capable of being fairly and easily used by all people such as elderly, handicapped and infant people irrespective of a handicap; to make the tissue box cover a daily life article which can immediately help the people live an independent life and live in character for them. SOLUTION: First of all, a cover 1 is made for storing a tissue box and cords are let into both ends of the cover 1 so as to form a cylindrical shape. The cover 1 is sewn with one-half of the cover 1 openable and closable so that the tissue box in it is repeatedly replaceable (3). The tissue can be easily and surly taken out only with one hand by fastening the cords to bars of a bed or the like (4) after placing the tissue box into the cover 1 and narrowing the both ends with the cords.
