A device for taking away and loading salt is provided to immediately load the salt to a salt transferring cart by taking away the collected salt at one side of a dike while being moved along a rail. A device for taking away and loading salt(S) includes a cart frame(11), a cart unit(10), and a taking away and loading unit(20). The cart unit includes a roller at a lower part of the cart frame. The roller is rolled along a rail(R) installed at a dike(D). The taking away and loading unit is mounted on the cart unit to take away the salt collected on a bottom of a salina at one side of the dike and loads the salt by transferring the salt upward and pour the salt to a salt transferring cart. The cart unit includes a rotation frame(14) at an upper part of the cart frame. The rotation frame is rotatably connected to a vertical rotation shaft(141).
