A membrane module supporting frame is provided to improve durability of the membrane modules by easily disposing membrane modules on the membrane module supporting frame in a predetermined distance and solidly fixing the membrane modules to the membrane module supporting frame. As a membrane module supporting frame(5) which receives one or more membrane modules(1) for water treatment, and is installed on an aeration tank together with the membrane modules for water treatment, the membrane module supporting frame comprises: one or more spacing members(6) arranged on an inner part of the membrane module supporting frame and independently separated from a body(7) of the membrane module supporting frame to maintain the membrane modules for water treatment in a predetermined distance; spacing member-connecting bolts(11) which are disposed to penetrate the respective spacing members such that the spacing members are movable in the length direction of the spacing member-connecting bolts, and of which both sides are separably fixed to the membrane module supporting frame; and spacing member-fastening bolts(13) of which one sides pass through the membrane module supporting frame body such that lengths of the spacing member-fastening bolts are adjustable, and of which the other sides contact with the spacing members, wherein the respective membrane modules are disposed in spaces formed between the respective spacing members and solidly fixed between the spacing members by fastening the spacing member-fastening bolts.
