<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing wash-free rice using honey as a base material so as to improve added value by making the wash-free rice more tasty, more nutritious, more preservable, safer and more pleasant. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the wash-free rice by using the honey as a base material is provided by mixing not solidified fluid state honey with the wash-free rice obtained by removing rice bran from polished rice, and by utilizing the adhesive property of the honey, adhesive-coating various materials of beverages or foods such as powdered tasty foodstuffs, healthy foodstuffs, beautifying foodstuffs, aromatic foodstuffs, etc., for each of the grains of the wash-free rice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
