PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front part structure capable of alleviating impact force with respect to not only a vehicle with the structure but also other vehicles at the time of vehicle collision. SOLUTION: A front side of an upper member 22 jointed to a lower part of a front pillar 20 is convexly formed forwardly, and a front mounting part 24 of the upper member 22 is fixed to a subframe 4. A side sill 11 is arranged in rear of the front mounting part 24 via a front wheel 9.
