<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller in which the light quantities of respective light sources are equal by preventing an increase in cost due to an increase in the number of ports of a CPU and the number of wire harnesses as the number of light sources of a display part 3 increases more and the oppression of the mounting area of a substrate by the enlargement of a connector. <P>SOLUTION: The display controller 1 for controlling the display of a displaying part 3 having a plurality of light sources has a light source driving part 40 having a plurality of lighting circuits 45 to light the plurality of light sources, a binary code decoding part 42, and a display control part 41 for generating a binary code indicating a light source to be lighted and transmitting the binary code to the binary code decoding part 42, wherein the light source driving part 40 selects a lighting circuit 45 to be driven by a signal decoded by the binary code decoding part 42, and the display control part 41 controls a duty ratio of a power supply V<SB>DD</SB>1 by a unit of a value obtained by dividing the duty ratio of the power supply V<SB>DD</SB>1 of the light source driving part 40 upon lighting the whole light sources by the number of light sources provided in the displaying part 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
