<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog front-end circuit capable of efficiently generating a control signal, and electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The analog front-end circuit contains an analog processing circuit, an A-D converter and a timing generator generating a plurality of control signals for an image sensor. The timing generator contains event information memories and control signal output circuits generating and outputting the control signals on the basis of information read from the event information memories. The event information memories store pixel numbers and change event generating information for specifying the control signals generating the change events at signal levels of the pixel numbers in each address.
