PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling efficiency by a cooling body while inhibiting the enlargement of a power converter. SOLUTION: Refrigerant flow paths 2a, 2b and 3 forcibly making a refrigerant flow are formed in the cooling body 1. Teeth-row structures 5 generating turbulent flows on the inner-wall surfaces of the refrigerant flow paths 2a, 2b and 3 are formed on the inner-wall surfaces of the refrigerant flow paths 2a, 2b and 3.
