PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim not to fracture a molding material in the vicinity of a punch R part in deep-drawing and molding a laminated sheet comprising an aluminum foil core layer and synthetic resin covering layers formed on both sides of the core layer. SOLUTION: A molding die of a tapered container in which the oral part inner diameter is 63 mm, the depth is 100 mm, and the side has a taper angle of 2.6°is characterized in that a curvature radius of the R part 2 of the punch 1 is 5 mm, a roughness (Ra) of the R part 2 of the punch 1 is 3μm, the roughness (Ra) of a punch side surface upper part 3 in the lower length L<SB>1</SB>10 mm area of the R part 2 of the punch 1 is 0.5μm, and the roughness (Ra) of the side remainder 4 in the lower remainder length L<SB>2</SB>area of the side surface upper part 3 is 0.05μm.
