A direct jet-type dispenser using an air pressure and a make-up tool using the same are provided to quickly and precisely feed a fixed amount of content and to prevent leakage of the content. A dispenser includes: a storage container(10) for storing contents; a valve device(20) detachably coupled to a lower portion of the storage container to prevent leakage of the contents, and provided with a cutout portion(21) opened only by an external force; a discharge device(30) detachably coupled to a lower portion of the valve device to stably induce and discharge the contents jet through the valve device; and a jet device(40) for forcibly opening the cutout portion of the valve device by a compressed air pressure generated in a compressed air transfer tube(43) due to a pressing operation of a button(46) elastically installed on the storage container, and directly jetting and supplying the contents to the discharge device through the opened cutout portion. |
