PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that roller-skating needs difficult techniques for maintaining the body balance and braking safely and boot roller-skate cannot be used easily with shoes on. SOLUTION: By putting a stick 4 on the outside of a roller skate, the body balance is safely and easily maintained using hands. By using a brake wire 3 for a brake to be pressed against a roller 7 and attaching a brake 2 to be pulled by the hand, speed control and stop can be done.
