A paper plastic packaging box manufacturing method and paper plastic packaging box, the paper plastic packaging box manufacturing method comprising the following steps: unwinding a roll of thin film, rolling up the thin film after being printed with a pattern; rolling up after the thin film printed with the pattern is composited with a surface paper; a corrugated paper molding process, a process of compositing the composite surface paper, the corrugated paper and inner paper; a cut-off process and cutting, creasing, binding and molding processes. The paper plastic packaging box manufacturing method simplifies the process flow, improves working efficiency, and reduces production costs. The rollers rolling over the corrugated paper, the composite surface paper and the inside paper are heated to increase the bonding between the corrugated paper and the composite surface paper and the inside paper. The gap between second press rollers is set to be the sum of the thickness of the composite surface paper, the corrugated paper and the inside paper, so that the second press rollers does not apply pressing force to the composite paper board, but only draws and composites, so as to avoid flattening the corrugated paper being composited and avoid reducing the strength of the composite paper board. |
