PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley structure having a further improved life. SOLUTION: The pulley structure 1 comprises a pulley 2 on which a belt 106 is wound, a hub 3 provided inside the pulley 2 rotatably relative to the pulley 2 and adapted to be connected to an output shaft 101 of an engine, and a coil spring 4 connecting the pulley 2 to the hub 3. Thus, when the rotating fluctuation of the output shaft 101 of the engine is transmitted to the hub 3, the rotating fluctuation is absorbed by the coil spring 4 connecting the pulley 2 to the hub 3 to suppress the vibration of the belt 106 resulting from the rotating fluctuation of the output shaft 101.
