<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin container whose body part is formed with lateral grooves extending roughly at right angles relative to the height direction for securing the rigidity of a container yet which is easily folded crosswise relative to the grooves to be crushed. <P>SOLUTION: The body part 4 is provided with a plurality of lateral grooves 8 extending roughly crossing the height direction at right angle.
