<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor control apparatus capable of appropriately controlling the applied voltage of a sensor element. <P>SOLUTION: In a sensor control circuit 20, an applied voltage control circuit 21 is connected to an S-positive terminal of the sensor element 10. The applied voltage control circuit 21 is provided with both a reference power supply 22 and a noninverting amplification circuit 23 connected to the reference power supply 22. An AC power circuit 26, a buffer 27, and a current measuring resistor 28 are serially connected to an S-negative terminal of the sensor element 10. The current-measuring resistor 28 is provided between the AC power circuit 26 and the sensor element 10, and its terminal on the side opposite to the sensor element 10 is of a reference voltage (center voltage of the AC voltage of the AC power circuit 26). An intermediate voltage between the current measuring resistor 28 and the sensor element 10 is inputted to the noninverting amplification circuit 23 of the applied voltage control circuit 21 via an LPF 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
