PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage power supply circuit that allows high-speed change of an output voltage while having high responsiveness and outputs a DC high voltage with a small configuration without requiring a large-capacity winding transformer. SOLUTION: The high-voltage power supply circuit 100 is configured by serially connecting a plurality of DC voltage conversion circuits 40i (i=1-N). Each DC voltage conversion circuit 40 from a kth-stage DC voltage conversion circuit 40k (k is a prescribed integer of≥1 and≤N) to an Nth-stage DC voltage conversion circuit 40Nis respectively provided with switch units 41, 42 including a series circuit of a plurality of switch elements 44.
