PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator that is superior in cooling performance. SOLUTION: The radiator includes heat sinks 1, 2 for performing radiation; and fixing members 11 for fixing the heat sinks 1, 2 to a heat exchange plate 21. The heat sinks 1, 2 include base parts 1a, 2a and fin parts 1b, 2b formed projecting in one direction from the base parts 1a, 2a. The fin parts 1b, 2b are formed into a plate shape. The fixing members 11 are formed in a bar shape and arranged to penetrate the base parts 1a, 2a and are further formed projecting in one direction from the surfaces of the base parts 1a, 2a.
