PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elevation supporting leg which raises and lowers an antenna without attaching an antenna raising and lowering device to a vehicle. SOLUTION: In the elevation supporting leg 1, a triaxial hinge 4 and a triaxial hinge 5 are connected to a phased array antenna 29, and a parallel link 7 is connected to the triaxial hinge 5, and a parallel link 8 is connected to the triaxial hinge 5, and a truss member 6 is connected to the parallel link 7 and the parallel link 8, and a rising and falling leg 2 is connected to the truss member 6, and a jack 9 is connected to the triaxial hinge 4 and the truss member 6, and the parallel link 7 is rotated with the triaxial hinge 4 as the axis and the parallel link 8 is rotated with the triaxial hinge 5 as the axis, through the truss member 6 by extending the jack 9 to move the rising and falling leg 2.
