An automatic delay switching device of a lighting instrument and an electric device and an automatic delay switching method thereof are provided to prevent a wiring error by performing a wiring through two lines. An AC power supply unit(100) supplies an AC power to a home or an office. A lighting instrument or an electric device(200) is coupled to the AC power supply unit. A main switching unit(300) is coupled between the AC power supply unit and the lighting instrument or the electric device, and switches the lighting instrument or the electric device by switching the AC power. A switch wiring connection terminal(400) is coupled to the main switching unit in parallel. A diode bridge circuit network(500) is coupled to both sides of the switch wiring connection terminal. The diode bridge circuit network detects the off of the main switching unit by instantaneously inducing a power if the main switching unit is switched off. A main switch on/off signal transmission unit(600) is coupled to an output terminal of the diode bridge circuit network, detects and transmits a power of the diode circuit network to a microcomputer(800). A power charging unit(700) is coupled to the output terminal of the diode bridge circuit network in parallel, and receives and charges the AC power supplied through the diode bridge circuit network. The microcomputer outputs a delay switching signal during a predetermined time. A delay switching unit(900) is coupled to the microcomputer, and receives the delay switching signal.
