PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a rotary operation key consisting of a rotation part and a fixed part has a structure in which foreign matters easily get in from the outside through a gap, since with a structure of an outer package case covering a sliding gap, the sliding gap is exposed outside through a gap between the side wall of the rotation part and the outer package case and the gap between a flange and the outer package case. SOLUTION: A side wall 1g of the rotation part 1a is arranged at the outer periphery side of the side wall 1f of the fixed part 1b, thereby, it can be prevented that the foreign matters get in the sliding gap 1d and the sliding face 1e.
