PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bow structure of an automobile carrying vessel that is a pitching motion reduction device capable of being applied to a bow part of the automobile carrying vessel, that requires no welding work of a band-like projection during construction, and with which resilience is increased when the bow part goes below sea level. SOLUTION: Above a load water line further on the bow side than a bow perpendicular of the automobile carrying vessel, a floating body is suspended from the bottom of the bow. The floating body is integrated with a hull and its cross section in both board directions of the hull is formed into a moderate V-shape. A line of the lower face of the floating body seen from the vessel board side is a substantially straight line originating from substantially 1% Lpp above an intersection of the bow perpendicular and the load water line and going toward an upwardly slanted direction with an elevation angle of the load water line and the line of the lower face of the floating body being substantially 35°, This line is tied with a substantially perpendicular bow tip end line formed by a tip end of the bow.
