<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood-flow sensor for measuring with high measurement precision and its repeatability by setting the convergent density of light irradiating the living tissue to be a predetermined value at the contact position of the living tissue and a cover substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The blood-flow sensor is equipped with a substrate material 10 whose surface is formed with at least a concave part, at least a light emitting element 12 mounted in the concave part, at least a light receiving element 16 mounted in the concave part, at least a concave mirror 14 mounted in the concave part, and a cover substrate 18 mounted on the upper surface of the substrate material 10. The sensor is characterized by that the light emitted out of the light emitting element 12 is emitted out toward the outer living tissue 20 through the concave mirror 14 as the emitting light, and the reflective light 24 scattered from the living tissue 20 is received on the surface of the light receiving element 16, and the blood flow in the living tissue 20 is measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
