PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape correction device capable of correcting the shape of a flexible lengthy body to the shape that handling at receiving/giving and feeding is easy, and a feeding device using this. SOLUTION: The shape correction device 1 is provided with a first chuck means 40 for detachably gripping the flexible lengthy body 21; a slide means 41 for slidably clamping/contacting with a different position from a position clamped by the first chuck means 40 in the flexible lengthy body 21; and a movement means 42 for correcting the shape of the flexible lengthy body 21 to an approximately linear shape by moving the slide means 41 for clamping/contacting the flexible lengthy body 21 in a direction leaving from the first chuck means 40.
