PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large bundle binding machine capable of preventing any defective guide of a binding tape and occurrence of any defective binding attributable thereto by preventing any bending habit of the binding tape in the twisting direction. SOLUTION: The large bundle binding machine comprises a roll charging unit 44 to be charged with a binding tape roll TR, a tape feeding unit 50 for feeding a binding tape T from the binding tape roll TR charged on the roll charging unit 44, and a binding part 134 for winding the binding tape T fed by the tape feeding unit 50 in a small bundle group. The width direction of the binding tape T is set vertically in the whole range from the roll charging unit 44 to the binding unit 134 via the tape feeding unit 50. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
