An interlocking device for an air circuit breaker is provided to facilitate attachment and detachment with the air circuit breaker without separating a closing/opening instrument unit and a closing/opening supporting plate of the air circuit breaker. An interlocking device for an air circuit breaker includes a side plate(130), a closing/opening axis supporting plate(140), a connection axis(150), a first lever(160), and a second lever(170). The side plate has a long hole and a first penetration hole, and covers a side of a closing/opening instrument unit. The long hole is formed so that a protrusion extended from a circuit breaker lever of the closing/opening instrument is movably formed. The closing/opening axis supporting plate is installed on a base mold of an air circuit breaker, and has a second penetration hole. The connection axis penetrates the opening/closing axis supporting plate. An end of the connection axis is rotatably inserted into a first penetration hole of the side plate. The first lever is inserted into the connection axis, and moves the protrusion of the circuit breaker. The second lever is connected and fixed to the other end of the connection axis.
