<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and a charging system that have a more flexible charging means, in charging for the output of image data. <P>SOLUTION: The charging system mainly comprises a client PC 100 having a keyboard 109, a management server 201 having a charging part 222 and a memory 221, and the image processing apparatus 202 having a management part 231 and a printing part 233. The memory 221 stores a charge table. The management part 231 stores image data.
