<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize an electrical connection sheet which secures contact and ease of manufacture even when the contact surface height of numerous electrodes arranged on a connected body in a matrix manner has variation or an arrangement substrate has distortion. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of cylindrical surface electrodes 3, which go all around the surface in axial direction in a strip manner, are provided on the cylindrical surface of an insulating material at predetermined spacing. An electrode unit 1 is provided at a cylindrical part between the electrodes where a through hole 4 is formed along the trace intersected by the plain face including the cylindrical axis and the cylinder surface. One or more long through holes 9, which are narrower than the diameter of the electrode unit and long enough to fit the electrode unit, are formed parallel on an insulating frame body 6 which is thinner than the diameter of the electrode unit and formed by laminating adhesive body sheets on both sides of a base material sheet 8.
