<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device with a screen input function that provides high-speed and high-precision direct screen input without increasing the number of elements per pixel decreasing the numerical aperture of pixels nor the scale of a peripheral circuit scale. <P>SOLUTION: First pixel circuits PIXS and second pixel circuits PIXR are alternately arrayed horizontally. First and second data lines D1 and D2 are connected to a data driver 11 and a sensor signal processing circuit 13, and changeover switches 80A and 80B are connected to the input end of the data driver 11. Gradation voltages V<SB>D(1)</SB>and V<SB>D(2)</SB>are transmitted from the data driver 11 to the first and second data lines D1 and D2, and signals of a first optical sensor SENA and a second optical sensor SENB are transmitted to the sensor signal processing circuit 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
