PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a cable by a pressure receiving member by easily applying the backrest load of a seated person to the pressure receiving member arranged in a seat back and functions as a trigger for actuating and operating a headrest upon rear-end collision of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat 1 has a vehicle rear-end collision detecting device 20 arranged in the seat back 2, and a headrest moving mechanism 10. The detecting device 20 detects a vehicle rear-end collision by a mechanical operational moving distance pushed by the backrest load of the seated person. The detecting device 20 actuates the head rest moving mechanism 10 by pushing the pressure receiving member 21 by the backrest load to operate an operating cable 40. A formed wire 2C arranged for elastically catching the normal backrest load of the seated person is connected to the pressure receiving member 21. A compression spring elastically deformed by receiving the normal backrest load of the seated person is interposed in the power transmission passage of the detecting device 20 for receiving transmission of catching force from the formed wire 2C.
