A steering angle control apparatus for a vehicle is provided to limit rotation of a steering wheel by stopping a hooking member with one of guide grooves of rotative bodies. A steering angle control apparatus for a vehicle comprises a first rotative body(110), a second rotative body(120), a first rotating member, a second rotating member, and a hooking member(150). The first rotative body rotates around a shaft of a steering wheel, having a guide groove(111) formed circumferentially. The second rotative body, which is the same as the first rotative body, rotates around the shaft and has a second guide groove equal to the first groove. The first rotating member revolves the first rotative body. The second rotating member revolves the second rotative body. The hooking member is attached to the steering wheel and inserted in the first guide groove through the second guide grooves. The hooking member limits the rotation of the steering wheel by being stopped by ends of the first and second guide grooves.
