PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of forming a current collection tab at a part of an electrode body capable of achieving an excellent productivity of a wound electrode body. SOLUTION: The method comprises a winding step to wind around an electrode body 20 and a tab fixing step in which a fixing member 60 to fix the electrode body and a current collection tab forming material 52 is penetrated in at least one of the electrode body and the current collection tab forming material and the current collection tab forming member is fixed to the electrode body. Regardless of the movement of the sheet-shape electrode body accompanying the winding, fixing of the current collection tab forming member by the fixing member is achieved at a first fixing position of the electrode body, and the first fixing position is moved by the winding, and the tab fixing step is repeated at a second fixing position of the electrode body different from the first fixing position corresponding to this movement.
