PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus and an imaging apparatus which can exactly detect an optical black level by exactly matching dark current amounts of aperture pixels and of OB pixels with each other, then, can provide an image with successful contrast. SOLUTION: A first optical black part 102 having a plurality of first OB pixels 12 is provided around an aperture pixel part 101 having the plurality of aperture pixels 11 and a second optical black part 102 having a plurality of second OB pixels is further provided around the first optical black part 102. The first OB pixels 12 have PDs (photodiodes) 31, while the second OB pixels 13 has no PD 31. Pixel values of the first OB pixels 12 and the second OB pixels 13 are read by the desired number of times, respectively so that average temperature characteristics of them match with output temperature characteristics of the aperture pixels 11.
