PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic particle-containing resin composition which can be suitably used for forming a good FPD panel member being free from the occurrence of bubbles on an electrode or between electrodes even when a layer of the inorganic particle-containing resin is fired simultaneously with a pattern comprising unfired conductive particle-containing resin composition; and to provide a transfer film having an inorganic particle resin layer comprising the composition and excellent in flexibility, transferability and handleability. SOLUTION: This inorganic particle-containing resin composition comprises an inorganic particles (A) and a binder resin (B) containing a (meth)acrylic polymer (B-1) having a polyoxyalkylene segment therein.
