<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ΣΔ type A/D converter and an angular velocity sensor using the same in which an output characteristic is stabilized without varying output signals from a D/A converter and an integration circuit because of the effect of power supply voltage variation or temperature variation. <P>SOLUTION: The ΣΔ type A/D converter comprises: an integrating device 62 for integrating charges outputted from an input switching device 44 and a D/A converter 48 and holding at least the two values of the integration, a comparator 63 for comparing at least the two values of the integration outputted from the integrating device 62 with a predetermined value, and an operation unit 73 for operating an output signal of the comparator 63 and having a differential operation unit 70 for operating the difference between at least the two comparison signals outputted from the comparator 63 in the operation unit 73. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
