PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition which is soft and rich in elasticity, is excellent in abrasion resistance and hardly worn out, is excellent in marking resistance and hardly allows a scrubbing trace to adhere to a floor, is excellent in scratch resistance and hardly damaged, is high in mechanical properties (such as breaking strength and elongation at break) and highly durable, is excellent in melt flowability and hence in injection moldability, is excellent in surface appearance without causing surface separation or bleed out, and gives a molded article exhibiting sufficiently high adhesion to cloth or various resins; and a molded article composed thereof. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer resin composition is prepared by compounding a polyester block copolymer with a dynamically cross-linked thermoplastic elastomer prepared by dynamically cross-linking at least one elastomer selected from styrenic elastomers and/or olefinic elastomers as a disperse phase, a silicone oil, and a plasticizer and/or a rubber softener.
