PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately inform a vessel operator of an irregular part when some irregularity of an engine or the like occurs. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a drive unit 50 driving a shift lever and a throttle lever of a port side engine 110 and a starboard side engine 120, a control head 20 outputting operation signal based on operation command to the engine input by the vessel operator, a control unit 40 connected to the control head 20 and the drive unit 50 and outputting drive signal of the drive unit based on the operation signal, and a sensor part 60 detecting driving states of the port side engine 110 and the starboard side engine 120. The control unit 40 is provided with a detection circuit 45 determining the irregular part based on information detected by the sensor part 60 and outputting alarm signal specifying the irregular part.
