PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of noise by a ground loop formed between a radiation image detector and a circuit board, in a radiographic image signal detecting device that connects the radiation image detector to the circuit board through a flexible board of a charge amplifier IC, detects the electrical signal outputted from the radiation image detector with the charge amplifier IC, and outputs it to the circuit board. SOLUTION: Ground lines 26 for connecting ground lines 17 for a detector of the radiographic image detector 10 to ground lines 31 for a board of the circuit board 30 are disposed, on both sides of the charge amplifier IC 20 along a signal input line in the flexible board 25.
