The installation (100) has an air conditioning circuit (10) with an electric expansion valve (12). A control unit (40) controls a control signal of the valve to regulate a control magnitude relative to overheating of an evaporator (13) or cooling of a condenser/gas cooler (11) based on a regulation law e.g. proportional-integral-derivative regulation. The magnitude relative to overheating corresponds to a difference between two temperature measurements corresponding to a temperature of fluid e.g. R-134a fluid, taken at the level of an inlet and an outlet of the evaporator. An independent claim is also included for a method for regulating an air conditioning circuit. |
