PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method capable of performing time sharing analysis of a series of chemical reactions occurring in a plurality of materials. SOLUTION: Measuring positions 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 of a plurality of measuring points are set in a tubular reactor 2 constituting a flow passage L, a flow velocity in the flow passage L is maintained by a flow velocity maintaining device 1 to make stationary a progress stage caused by the first material r1, the second material r2, the third material r3 and a catalyst C in every of the measuring positions 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and a reaction state is measured in the every of the measuring positions 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, by a measuring instrument 3 arranged outside the tubular reactor 2.
