<p>Adjustment of the leaf hinge part (10) and press part (14) relative to each other in the horizontal direction is possible due to the presence of a guide (19). Height adjustment movement between the leaf hinge part and press part can be transmitted by tilting the guide. The leaf hinge part has a leaf lateral position adjustment part (12) which acts upon a press part adjoining the leaf hinge part and facing away from the door or window frame. The leaf hinge part also has a leaf vertical position adjustment part (13), which cooperates with the press part, the two adjustment parts being integrated into the leaf hinge part.
