An apparatus for replacing a tooth point of a bucket for heavy equipment is provided to reduce vibration of a punch by forming a knob at one side of a punch body and to ensure safety of a worker by disposing a protrusion in parallel to a coupling pin. An apparatus for replacing a tooth point of a bucket for heavy equipment comprises a punch(100) and a punch adapter(200). The punch includes a body(110) and an extension unit(120). The body has a protrusion corresponding to a coupling pin so that the coupling pin is detachably coupled with a coupling hole. The coupling pin couples a tooth adapter with a tooth point. The body has a predetermined length and a knob(113) at one side thereof. The extension unit is bent from an end of the body at a predetermined angle. The punch adapter fixes the coupling pin to the coupling hole.
