SOLUTION: An interpolating filter part 21 converts the number of pixels in an inputted image and outputs a correction quantity to a correction circuit 22 together with interpolated data interpolating respective pixel values. The correcting processing part 22 corrects and outputs the inputted interpolated data, based on the correction quantity inputted at the same time. |
