A shift position displaying apparatus of a manual-transmission vehicle is provided to notify a driver of a gear-shift position by installing an LED device on a shift lever and an instrument panel. A shift position displaying apparatus of a manual-transmission vehicle comprises a gear position detecting portion, an electronic signal control portion, and an LED display unit. The gear position detecting portion includes a gear position detecting sensor(21) formed at a gear shifting unit. The electronic signal control portion includes an MCU signal controller(24) to detect a present gear-shift stage. The LED display unit includes an LED display lamp(25) attached to a handle of the shirt gear or the middle of an instrument panel to allow the driver to easily recognize the present gear stage.
